What is Millette?Millette is a monthly subscription service specializing in earrings for babies up to teens.
How does a Millette subscription work?Once subscribed, we send you a package of earrings according to your subscriber choice. Earrings ship at the end of each month (20th-25th).
Why a subscription service?A subscription based business model lets us know the number of earrings we should produce and the packaging needed. This information helps us to decrease excess product, resources, packaging and lower economic and environmental waste.
What are the perks to being a subscriber?Once you're a subscriber, you have access to our shop where you will soon find add-on products, collaboration earrings and replacement earrings or backs if you happen to lose one.
How much does everything cost?Subscriptions start at $14.99 per month plus shipping.
How do I join?You can click here to subscribe or click on "subscribe" in the menu bar.
Can I subscribe for more than one option?Of course, when you are going through the subscribe process you can choose how many sets you want each month. We think it is a great way to match mom with daughter or sisters!
When can I expect my first shipment of earrings?If you subscribed before the 16th of the month your first shipment will be the 20th – 25th of that month. If you subscribed after the 16th of the month your first shipment will be the 20th-25th of the following month. Once your package has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Are your earrings only available through subscription?Yes, we only offer our earrings as part of a subscription. All subscriptions are month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time.
When and where can I preview the upcoming months earrings?
A preview of the coming month's earrings will be posted on our Instagram account @shopMillette about 4 weeks before they will ship. If you want to make changes to your account you will have until the 16th to do so. We will also have them updated on our shop site for preview by the 1st of each month.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can log into your account and edit your email under "account settings."
I forgot my email. What do I do?
No worries! Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and address and I will be able to help you out.
How do I change my address?
You can update your address by logging into your account and clicking "edit" under "shipping address." Your address needs to be updated by the 16th of the month to guarantee your next shipment is delivered to the updated address.
How can I reactivate my account?
You can reactivate your subscription any time by logging back into your account and clicking "reactivate" under "your subscriptions."
I forgot my password.
Click "forgot your password" where you normally log in. Just enter your email address and we will send instructions to reset your password. If you need additional help, please email us at email@example.com.
How can I update/change my subscription?
You can easily update your subscription by logging into your account and clicking "Manage Subscription". You can add or remove earring subscriptions at any time. Please be sure to hit "confirm" on the bottom of the second page after the popup to ensure your preferences are updated. You will receive an email confirming your changes.
I received the wrong earrings. What do I do?
I am sorry you received the incorrect earrings! Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can get your order corrected!
Can I return my order?
Because our earrings are made to fill our subscribers choices we don't offer returns. If there is a problem with your earrings or you are unhappy please email me at email@example.com so I can get you taken care of!
Shipping & Returns
When will my earrings ship/arrive?
We ship subscriptions on the 20th – 25th of the month.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account and see your tracking info there.
My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
Packages can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. It's completely normal for a package to go a few days without an update to the tracking. If it's been longer than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can help.
My package was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it.
We see a lot of packages show up a day or two after it's been marked delivered. Please give it a few more days and if it doesn't show up, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

How do orders ship?
We ship through USPS.
How much is shipping each month?
Shipping is calculated based on your ship to address. Typically it’s $3.00 to $4.00.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
When will I be charged?
You are charged as soon as you sign up and then monthly on the same date as you signed up.
How do I update my billing information?
You can update your payment info anytime by logging into your account, clicking "edit" under credit card, replacing your existing information, and clicking save.
I received an email that you weren't able to process my payment. What do I do?
This means your payment did not go through and your subscription was unable to renew. To fix this problem you need to log into your account and update your billing information.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and clicking "Manage Subscription" under your account. After that you select "cancel subscription." Please be sure to hit "confirm" on the bottom of the second page after the popup to ensure your subscription is cancelled. You will receive an email confirming your changes.
